It’s Tuesday and yes usually it’s CAL time. But not this week. As I’ve not been home for the last couple of days so I didn’t have the chance to make my weeks square yet. It’ll be coming at some point later this week I’ll promise! Until then I’ve got something else to share. I made my boyfriend a Valentine’s Lego Man this year :) There was lots of sewing involved in this quite large crochet version of one little yellow man and I must admit he is not perfect but made with lots of love :)

Crochet Legoman

The not-so-little man is based on a pattern by Trish. Even though I used DK yarn for mine, he would have been even taller with the yarn mentioned in the pattern. To add some ‘Valentines-cuteness” I cross-stitched a heart on his chest :) I also didn’t have any safety eyes on hand so his arms aren’t as flexible as the original. Think it’s about time that I get some safety eyes :)
